I. Expressing consent

II. The legal basis and purpose of the candidate’s data processing
Activ Group Management will collect and process the personal data of the candidate exclusively for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process (recruitment and selection of candidates), respectively: identifying the candidate, assessing the candidate’s skills and competencies, obtaining references, contacting the candidate for interviews and holding interviews, informing the selected candidate about the offer, preparing measures for signing the employment contract with the candidate chosen for employment.
Based on the realization of the legitimate interests we process Data in order to verify the aptitudes and competences of the candidate.
Based on the fulfillment of our legal obligations based on the Labor Code, we process Data in order to issue information prior to the conclusion of the individual employment contract (employment offer), to the selected candidates.
III. Duration of processing the personal data of the candidate
The personal data of the candidates who did not meet the requirements of the vacancy within our company or who refused the job offer of our company, or of those who sent the application even though there is no vacancy in the company, at the time of transmission, will be retained by Activ Group Management for a period of 1 year from the completion of the recruitment process.
Activ Group Management stores the data collected in the recruitment process to achieve the purpose at the time of collection (according to point II), our company aims to use your data to contact the candidate and offer a vacancy in the company, when it arises .
The candidate who has objections regarding the retention period of personal data or who does not want his data to be kept, after the completion of the recruitment process, has the right to request our company to have all data collected deleted.
